本研究将结合本地护理管理特点、护士工作特点和国内循证干预证据支持，健康促进干预包包括专业培训、在线教育和视频指导练习，识别护士对wmsd的感知易感性和严重程度、感知利益、感知障碍、自我效能感和自我保护行为，改善山东省护士的WMSDs知、信、行知我防护健康促进行为。  

Objectives of Study：

To implement of Health Belief Model based intervention package for the prevention WMSDs and improve the health promoting behaviors among nurses in Shandong province, identify the nurses' perceived susceptibility and severity of having WMSDs, perceived benefits, barriers, self-efficacy, and behaviors in self-protective using the HBM model, and improve the health promoting behaviors among nurses in Shandong province.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

取得护士执业资格，工作 1 年及以上，在三级甲等医院临床护理岗位工作，自愿参与本研究的在职护理人员。

Inclusion criteria

Nurse practitioners who have obtained the nurse's license issued by the Ministry of Health, worked for 1 year or more, worked in clinical nursing wards in selected hospitals in Shandong province, and volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

排除脊柱疾病、妇科疾病、肿瘤、关节肌肉骨骼部位外伤史等非职业性因素导致肌肉骨骼疾患的护士，休假期期护士、哺乳期护士、进修护士。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluding nurses with musculoskeletal disorders caused by non-occupational factors such as spinal diseases, gynecological diseases, tumors, and history of joint musculoskeletal injuries, nurses on leave, and training nurses from the other hospital by self-reported.

the intervention group will be given a healthy promotion intervention package, it consists of three modules, including a health-belief model-based intervention last for eight weeks by online training platform,which would include online training, online test monitoring participation rates, online visits, and the distribution of educational leaflets. If the intervention will be effective, then the control group will be given that health education promotion package after all the program.

整群分层抽样法选择山东省医院符合标准的护理人员，在医院护理部管理人员协助下开展横断面调查。通过问卷星进行问卷征集，问卷选用信效度良好的结构化问卷，内容包括一般资料、WMSDs不适表、WMSDs知信行调查表。

Cluster stratified sampling was used to select qualified nurses from Shandong hospitals, and a cross-sectional survey was carried out with the assistance of hospital nursing department managers. 将选择抽样方法，包括分层抽样和整群抽样。首先，根据入选医院的科室和临床专科分布，选出12个具有代表性的专科。其次，每个科室有多个病房，研究人员每个科室随机选择两个病房，一个是干预组，另一个病房通过抛硬币的方式设置为对照组。最后，选取A病房和B病房的所有护士进行数据采集，但每个病房每组只分析7名参与者的数据，并且只有信封内的研究人员知道编号，护士不知道自己的分组，因此抽样分配得到控制。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Sampling methodology will be selected, including stratified sampling and cluster sampling. Firstly, according to the distribution of departments and clinical specialties in Selected Hospital, 12 representative professional departments will be selected. Secondly, there are multiple wards in each department, and researchers will select two wards per department randomly, one is the intervention group, and the other ward will be set as the control group by flipping a coin. Finally, all nurses from ward A and ward B will be selected and collected data, however,only data from 7 participants per ward will be analyzed from each group respectively, and numbered and known only by the researcher inside the envelope, nurses will be unaware of their own grouping, so that sampling with allocation controlled.

数据采集运用电子采集和管理系统，遵循《国务院科学数据管理办法》，在输入、使用、分析等过程中保持两人制，使用具有人脸识别功能的固定笔记本电脑，数据整体只保留一份，由研究人员本人加密存储在硬盘中。删除包含研究对象个人信息的数据，以便分析。其他人员不得复制包含研究对象隐私信息的数据。原始数据应至少保存3年，研究人员对数据的终身安全负责，直至数据被销毁或格式化。

To follow the Scientific Data Management Measures of The State Council of China, retain a two-person system in the process of input, use, analysis, etc., use a fixed laptop with facial recognition function, and keep only one copy of the data as a whole, which is stored in an encrypted hard disk by the researcher himself. The data containing the private information of the research object is deleted for analysis. Other personnel are not allowed to copy the data containing the private information of the research object. The original data should be stored for at least 3 years, and the researcher is responsible for the security of the data for life until the data is destroyed or formatted.
