纳入标准：

具有肺癌临床表征(如长期咳嗽、咯血、胸闷、气喘、胸背部疼痛等)但未有明确诊断 的肺癌疑似患者。

Inclusion criteria

Suspected patients with lung cancer who have clinical symptoms of lung cancer (such as long-term cough, hemoptysis, chest tightness, asthma, chest and back pain, etc.) but no clear diagnosis.

排除标准：

(1)样本少于25mL (含保存液); (2)样本离心沉淀后没有找到细胞的样本； (3)样本采集时间或受试者病例信息不明确的样本； (4)样本提取量不满足说明书检测要求(核酸总量不足或样本严重降解)。 (5)不满足试验用试剂盒样本保存基本条件的样本。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The sample is less than 25mL (including preservation solution); (2) Samples in which no cells were found after centrifugation; (3) Samples with unclear sample collection time or subject case information; (4) The sample extraction volume does not meet the testing requirements in the instruction manual (the total amount of nucleic acid is insufficient or the sample is severely degraded). (5) Samples that do not meet the basic conditions for storage of test kit samples.
