研究目的：

研究急性有氧运动对新型毒品成瘾者时间知觉的影响，从时间知觉的内隐和外显两个方面着手进行探讨，并观察大脑皮层活性的变化情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of acute aerobic exercise on the time perception of new drug addicts, exploring the implicit and explicit aspects of time perception, and observing the changes in cortical activity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在20-42岁之间； （2）文化程度小学及以上； （3）通过标准化的量表综合诊断符合《精神障碍与统计手册（第五版）》（DSM-Ⅴ）对METH依赖者的评定标准； （4）有利手为右手； （5）处于隔离监禁状态并经历4-12个月的强制隔离戒毒期。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged between 20-42 years old; (2) educated to primary school level and above; (3) diagnosed through a standardised scale composite meeting the criteria of the Manual of Mental Disorders and Statistics (Fifth Edition) (DSM-V) for the assessment of METH-dependent persons; (4) favoured right-handedness; (5) in a state of isolation confinement and undergoing a mandatory isolation detoxification period of 4-12 months.

排除标准：

（1）有色盲； （2）有因头部受损而导致意识丧失的历史； （3）有患过精神病或直系亲属有精神病史； （4）有身体残疾或医疗问题阻止或禁止参加中等强度的有氧运动； （5）有其他毒品共用的经历。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have colour blindness; (2) have a history of loss of consciousness due to head damage; (3) have a history of mental illness or a history of mental illness in the immediate family; (4) have a physical disability or a medical problem that prevents or prohibits participation in moderate-intensity aerobic exercise; (5) have other drug-sharing experiences.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

被试背景数据通过纸质病例记录表进行采集，行为数据由E-prime软件进行采集；脑电数据由NIRS设备采集；被试原始数据由统计师整理录入硬盘，研究主办者及课题负责人持专用硬盘进行储存管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Background data of the participants are collected using paper-based case record forms, while behavioral data are collected using E-prime software,while the brain data was collected by NIRS equipment.The raw data of the participants are organized and entered into a hard drive by the statistician, and the study organizer and project leader hold dedicated hard drives for storage and management.
