研究目的：

在以往的研究中，肩关节镜术后低氧血症的发生率分别为12.6%和16%。低氧血症通常伴有多种不良后果。本研究的目的是确定肩关节镜手术后麻醉复苏室内低氧血症发生的独立危险因素，为预防和治疗术后低氧血症提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

In previous studies, the incidence of hypoxemia after shoulder arthroscopic surgery was 12.6% and 16%, which is usually accompanied by several unfavorable consequences. The Purpose of this study is to identify independent risk factors of postoperative hypoxemia in the post aesthesia care unit(PACU)after shoulder arthroscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 接受肩关节镜手术的患者。 ② 年龄为18~75岁的患者。 ③ 美国麻醉医师协会麻醉分级1~3级。 ④ 术后转入麻醉复苏室内复苏。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients undergoing the shoulder arthroscopy. ②Patients aged 18-75 years old. ③American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III. ④Patients who were resuscitated in the PACU after operation.

排除标准：

①术前低氧血症[外周血氧饱和度(SpO2)≤90%]。 ②其他部位联合手术。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with preoperative hypoxemia [saturation of peripheral oxygen (SpO2)≤90%]. ②Combined surgery of other parts.
