Objectives of Study：

To Understand the prevalence of postoperative complications and the types of adverse outcomes in neonatal surgical procedures; And analyze the potential risk factors for adverse outcomes in newborns after surgery.

纳入标准：

①出生天数为0-28天的新生儿；②在全身麻醉下接受手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

① Newborns born between 0-28 days; ② Receive surgical treatment under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

①新生儿入院前已在外院接受手术治疗；②接受心脏手术的新生儿。

Exclusion criteria：

① The newborn has undergone surgical treatment in an external hospital before admission; ② Newborns undergoing cardiac surgery.
