血清salusin-α/β的检测能在诊断2型糖尿病合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者发生颈动脉粥样硬化起到早期筛查作用  

Objectives of Study：

The detection of serum salusin- α / β can play an early role in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection.

纳入标准：

同时满足以下三点： 1: 符合 2 型糖尿病诊断标准的患者 2: 年龄≥18 岁 3: 幽门螺杆菌阳性患者

Inclusion criteria

At the same time satisfy the following requirements: 1: Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes 2: aged ≥18 years 3: patients positive for Helicobacter pylori infection

排除标准：

1: 未获得血液样本及临床资料 2: 未做彩超 3: 既往诊断颈动脉粥样硬化的患者 4: 正在或即将参与另一项临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients who did not provide blood samples and clinical data 2: Patients who did not undergo color Doppler ultrasound 3: Patients with a previous diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis 4: Patients who are currently or soon to be enrolled in another clinical study

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（carotid intimamedia thickness，CIMT）：采用飞利浦EpiQ7c彩色多普勒超声诊断仪诊断，由同一位具备相关资质的超声科医师操作，设置探头频率为7.0~11.0 MHz。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Carotid intima - middle thickness (carotid intima media thickness, CIMT) : use philips EpiQ7c color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument diagnosis, by the same have the relevant qualifications of ultrasonic practitioner operation, set the frequency of the probe is 7.0 ~ 11.0 MHz.
