研究目的：

通过胃超声筛选出剖宫产术前饱胃的孕妇，并分析与之相关的危险因素。其次，评估甲氧氯普胺对剖宫产术前饱胃孕妇促胃动力效果，探讨其用于剖宫产反流误吸高风险患者术前处理的合理性、有效性以及用药时机。  

Objectives of Study：

To screen out the paturients with full stomach before cesarean section, and to analyze the risk factors associated with full stomach in parturients. Then to evaluate the effect of metoclopramide on gastric motivity in the paturients with full stomach before cesarean section based on gastric ultrasound, and to explore the validity, effectiveness and timing of metoclopradmide administration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究包含两部分：第一部分观察性队列研究，样本量450例，使用胃超声筛选出饱胃孕产妇，分析术前胃排空延迟的危险因素。第二部分为随机对照研究，观察甲氧氯普胺对饱胃孕妇的促胃动力效果，样本量40例。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study included two parts: the first part is an observational cohort study,the sample size is 450, to screen out the paturients with full stomach before cesarean section, and to analyze the risk factors associated with delayed gastric emptying; the second part is a randomized controlled study, to evaluate the effect of metoclopramide on gastric motivity in the paturients with full stomach, the sample size is 40. 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁，孕周≥36周，ASA I～III级。

Inclusion criteria

≥36 weeks gestational age, over 18-year old, ASA physical status I~III

排除标准：

急性胎儿窘迫；多胎妊娠；术前使用对胃动力有影响的药物；胃肠道解剖结构异常；食管、胃或上腹部外科手术史；甲氧氯普胺治疗禁忌以及拒绝参加实验。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were acute fetal distress; multiple gestations; use of medication that affects gastroin-testinal motility; abnormal anatomy of the upper gastrointestinal tract and previous surgical procedures on the esophagus, stomach; contraindications of metoclopramide or refused to participate in the study.
