利用回顾性队列数据分析择期全麻腹部手术患者发生术后急性肾损伤的危险因素  

Objectives of Study：

To analyzed the relationship between postoperative AKI and intraoperative hypertension in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery to provide an important theoretical basis for prevention of postoperative AKI.

纳入标准：

在2011年10月至2017年4月住院期间仅接受了一次选择性腹部手术的年龄≥18岁的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged ≥18 years who underwent only one elective abdominal surgery during their hospitalization from October 2011 to April 2017

排除标准：

(1)离群值者；
(2)缺少入院后及手术前缺少第一次肌酐者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with outlier values.
(2) Those lacking the first creatinine after admission and before surgery.
