研究目的：

本项目拟通过观察患者是否患有慢性阑尾炎症区分不同类型PD，研究不同类型PD患者的临床特征；观察不同类型的PD 患者对药物治疗或其他治疗的效果是否有差异；并结合分子生物学，寻找PD的早期诊断标记物；探索靶向肠-脑-轴治疗PD的方法，以实现PD的早期诊断及阻断或延缓PD发生发展。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to distinguish different types of Parkinson's disease (PD) by patients with chronic appendicitis or not, explore the clinical characteristics of PD patients with different types, observe the differences in the effect of drug treatment or other treatment between the two kinds of PD, search for new marks through molecular biology method, and this may be helpful in early diagnosis of PD. We also want to explore new treatments targeting gut-brain-axis to achieve early diagnosis of PD and block or delay the occurrence and development of PD.

纳入标准：

入选标准 按照2015国际运动障碍协会（Movement Disorder Society，MDS）诊断标准中 ① 出现运动迟缓，合并静止性震颤和/或肌强直； ②所有受试者及其监护人对本研究内容知情同意并签署知情同意书 ③凝血功能大致正常

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the 2015 International Movement Disorder Society (MDS) diagnostic criteria (PD syndrome criteria) 1. Patients demonstrates bradykinesia with tremor, rigidity, or both. 2. All participants signed informed consent forms 3. Coagulation function is generally normal

排除标准：

排除标准 ①采用多巴胺受体阻滞剂或多巴胺耗竭剂治疗，且剂量和时间过程与药物诱导的帕金森综合征一致； ②突触前多巴胺能系统功能神经影像学检查正常； ③入组前5年内遭受过严重的脑外伤或接受过复杂的开颅手术者； ④已确诊合并阿尔茨海默病、额颞叶痴呆、尼曼-匹克病等非帕金森综合征谱系的认知障碍疾病； ⑤依据DSM-V确诊患有严重的神经精神疾病（癫痫、双相障碍、重度抑郁发作等）者； ⑥合并严重的全身性疾病、意识障碍、脑卒中、严重的冠心病、糖尿病、肝肾疾病及严重的视力、听力障碍等； ⑦合并严重的器质性或功能性吞咽障碍者； ⑧研究者认为不能按照研究方案要求完成访视及辅助检查者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treatment with dopamine blockers or dopamine-depleting agents, and the doses and courses are consistent with drug-induced Parkinson's diseases; 2. Functional neuroimaging of Presynaptic dopamine is normal. 3. Suffered severe brain injury or underwent complex craniotomy within 5 years; 4. Patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, and Niemann-Pick diseases; 5. People diagnosed with severe neuropsychiatric disorders (epilepsy, bipolar disorder, major depressive episode, etc.) according to the DSM-V; 6. Complicated with serious systemic diseases, consciousness disorders, stroke, serious coronary heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases, and serious visual and hearing disorder; 7. Patients with Severe organic or functional dysphagia; 8. Patients who were unable to complete follow-up visit and auxiliary examinations as required by the study protocol
