研究目的：

本课题旨在常规康复训练的基础上，引进运动员体能训练中使用的血流限制训练方法加入临床患者外踝韧带重建术后康复方案，明确血流限制训练在康复治疗中发挥的临床效果和安全性，最终形成一种安全、便捷、高效的外踝韧带重建术后康复训练新疗法  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to introduce the blood flow restriction training method used in athletes' physical training into clinical patients' postoperative rehabilitation programme after reconstruction of the lateral ankle ligaments on the basis of conventional rehabilitation training, to clarify the clinical effect and safety of the blood flow restriction training in rehabilitation therapy, and to ultimately form a safe, convenient and highly efficient postoperative rehabilitation training for reconstruction of the ankle lateral ligaments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18-50岁；②距腓前韧带重建术后1周内；③术前影像学检查MRI可见距腓前韧带损伤、患肢查体内翻应力试验（+）、前抽屉试验（+）；④自觉参与本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① 18-50 years old; ② within 1 week after anterior talofibular ligament reconstruction; ③ preoperative imaging MRI visible anterior talofibular ligament injury, endostatic stress test in the affected limb check (+), and anterior drawer test (+); and ④ conscientious participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并其他踝关节损伤，如骨折、软骨移植、内侧副韧带损伤等；②术后伤口愈合不良；③双侧踝关节损伤；④既往踝关节手术史；⑤合并严重的骨性关节炎、类风湿关节炎；⑥糖尿病、高血压等慢性病；⑦肿瘤、结核、感染等；⑧孕妇；⑨存在认知障碍、意识障碍、严重精神疾病等；⑩外周神经血管疾病、凝血功能异常及深静脉血栓形成等病史。

Exclusion criteria：

①combination of other ankle injuries, such as fractures, cartilage grafts, medial collateral ligament injuries, etc.; ②poor postoperative wound healing; ③bilateral ankle injuries; ④history of previous ankle surgeries; ⑤combination of severe osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; ⑥chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, etc.; ⑦tumours, tuberculosis, infections, etc.; ⑧pregnant women; ⑨presence of cognitive disorders, disorders of consciousness, and severe psychiatric illnesses; and ⑩previous history of peripheral neurovascular disorders, abnormalities of coagulation function, and deep venous thrombosis, etc.
