研究目的：

评估ALPPS术和PVE二步肝切除术的安全性和有效性，旨在为PVE二步肝切除术治疗乙肝背景的肝硬化肝癌患者提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of ALPPS and PVE two-step hepatectomy in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of liver cirrhosis patients with hepatitis B background with PVE two-step hepatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为原发性肝癌且为初治患者 （2）直接手术切除肿瘤剩余肝体积不足（肝硬化FLR＜40%，非肝硬化＜30%） （3）手术方式主要采用了ALPPS术或者PVE二步肝切除术 （4）临床资料齐全

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer and treated for the first time (2) Insufficient liver volume remaining after direct surgical resection of the tumor (FLR < 40% in cirrhosis and < 30% in non-cirrhosis) (3) The main surgical methods were ALPPS or PVE two-step hepatectomy (4) Complete clinical data

排除标准：

（1）肝内胆管细胞癌（ICC）、转移性肝癌等患者 （2）手术前有肝癌治疗史 （3）肿瘤广泛转移 （4）一二期手术间隔时间大于6个月

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), metastatic liver cancer, etc (2) History of liver cancer treatment before surgery (3) Extensive tumor metastasis (4) The interval between the first and second operations was more than 6 months
