研究目的：

(1) 采用随机对照实验设计，评估基于意象的认知行为疗法在情绪困扰干预中的效果； (2) 比较 6 周认知行为治疗和基于意象的认知行为治疗对情绪困扰的干预效果 (3) 在干预有效的前提下，探索其背后的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the effectiveness of imagery-based cognitive behavioural therapy (IB-CBT) on emotional distress; (2) To compare the effects of 6-week cognitive behavioral therapy and imagery-based cognitive behavioral therapy on emotional distress; (3) To explore the underlying mechanism of the imagery-based cognitive behavioral therapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：18-65 岁； （2）K10 问卷得分为 20-29 之间； （3）自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 18-65 years old; (2) K10 questionnaire score is between 20-29; (3) Voluntarily join this study.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重的精神疾病，如重性抑郁障碍、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等； （2）曾经或者目前有药物或物质滥用问题； （3）正在服用治疗精神心理疾病的药物，如抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药、心境稳定剂、抗精神病药物等； （4）有自杀风险； （5）有过严重创伤或有创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）的患病史； （6）正在接受其他类型的心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from serious mental illness, such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.; (2) Currently have or have a history of drugs or substance abuse problems; (3) Currently taking drugs to treat mental illness, such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, mood stabilizers, antipsychotic drugs, etc.; (4) Under risk of suicide; (5) Have experienced severe trauma or have a history of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); (6) Currently receiving other types of psychological treatment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF由独立于研究的评估人员以面对面的形式收集纸质问卷数据。保存在西南大学心理学部办公室带锁的抽屉里。数据分析师及独立于研究的数据录入人员可接触CRF及问卷。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

CRF will be collected with paper questionnaire in a face-to-face format by independent assessors. The materials will be stored in a locked drawer in the office of the Department of Psychology, Southwest University. Independent data analysts and data entry staff will access to the CRF and the questionnaire.
