研究目的：

本课题的主要研究目的比较原发性硬化性胆管炎合并溃疡性结肠炎患者、溃疡性结肠炎患者与健康人群粪便肠道菌群变化特点，次要研究目的比较原发性硬化性胆管炎合并溃疡性结肠炎患者、溃疡性结肠炎患者与健康人群粪便及血清胆汁酸变化特点。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective is to compare the changes in fecal intestinal microbiota in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis combined with ulcerative colitis, ulcerative colitis and healthy people. The secondary objective is to compare characteristics of fecal and serum bile acid changes in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis combined with ulcerative colitis, ulcerative colitis and healthy people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁；
2.PSC患者需满足PSC的诊断标准；
3.UC的诊断依据IBD学组制定的2018年IBD共识意见，诊断需结合临床表现、实验室检查、内镜检查、影像学检查、病理组织学检查和随访结果；
4.愿意签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Older than 18 years old;
2.PSC patients need to meet the diagnostic criteria for PSC;
3.The diagnosis of UC is based on the 2018 IBD consensus opinion formulated by the IBD group. The diagnosis needs to be based on clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, endoscopy, imaging examinations, histopathological examinations and follow-up results.;
4.Willing to sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.曾行肝移植、结肠手术切除；
2.诊断继发性硬化性胆管炎；
3.样本采集前1月内接受过抗生素治疗；
4.3月内参加过其它药物试验者；
5.研究者认为不适合参加者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Liver transplant and colon surgery;
2.Diagnosis of secondary sclerosing cholangitis;
3.Received antibiotic treatment within 1 month before sample collection;
4.Participated in other drug trials within 3 months;
5.The researcher considers the participant unsuitable;
