比较在不同牙龈生物型上颌前牙区种植修复中使用数字化根盾技术的临床和美学效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the clinical and aesthetic results of using the digital root shield technique in implant restorations in the maxillary anterior region with different gingival biotypes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄在18周岁-65周岁之间（含18周岁和65周岁），性别不限； 2) 上前牙无法保留，可行即刻种植，唇侧牙槽骨和牙周组织完整； 3) 患者不吸烟且口腔卫生良好； 4) 患者身体健康状况良好，能耐受手术； 5) 受试者充分了解本试验的受益和风险，愿意参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age between 18 and 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old), gender is not limited; 2) The upper front teeth cannot be preserved, immediate implantation is feasible, and the alveolar bone and periodontal tissues on the labial side are intact; 3) Patients are non-smokers and have good oral hygiene; 4) The patient is in good health and can tolerate the surgery; 5) Subjects are fully aware of the benefits and risks of the trial and are willing to participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 牙根唇侧部分有垂直折裂，或有深达牙槽骨水平以下的水平折裂； 2) 牙根有其他病变，如外吸收、内吸收或根尖病变等； 3) 心脏疾病（即II级和II级以上心功能疾病）；肝、肾功能异常（ALT、AST ＞正常值1.5倍；糖尿病患者，血糖水平控制不佳者（经控制空腹血糖仍≥8.0 mmol/L）； 4) 未控制的口腔疾病患者，如进行性牙周病、严重根尖周感染、严重习惯性磨牙症患者； 5) 未得到控制的新陈代谢疾病，如糖尿病、软骨病、甲状腺疾病、严重肝肾功能障碍； 6) 骨质疏松症、骨软化症及骨硬化症等骨疾病患者； 7) 恶性肿瘤、活动性感染性病变、代谢性骨病活动期产生的各种骨缺损； 8) 全身感染或手术部位局部急性感染者； 9) 再生障碍性贫血等血液性疾病，近3个月服用抗凝药物或凝血检查不在正常范围内者； 10) 使用可能影响软硬组织愈合的药物，如长期使用镇静催眠药（连续使用3个月以上）、长期使用非甾体类消炎药或肾上腺皮质激素（连续使用3个月以上）、正在或近3个月内曾接受可能影响或促进骨代谢的药物治疗的患者； 11) 在过去6个月内以及骨愈合期间，吸烟严重的患者（吸烟超过20支/日）； 12) 自身免疫性疾病； 13) 正在进行放射治疗； 14) 精神疾病、药物滥用、酗酒； 15) 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1) A vertical fracture of the labial portion of the root or a horizontal fracture deep below the level of the alveolar bone; 2) Other lesions of the tooth root, such as external resorption, internal resorption, or apical lesions; 3) Heart disease (i.e. Class II and above); abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT, AST >1.5 times the normal value; diabetes mellitus with poorly controlled blood glucose level (fasting blood glucose ≥8.0 mmol/L even after control); 4) Patients with uncontrolled oral diseases, such as progressive periodontal disease, severe periapical infection, and severe habitual bruxism; 5) uncontrolled metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, achondroplasia, thyroid disorders, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction 6) Patients with bone diseases such as osteoporosis, osteochondrosis and osteosclerosis; 7) Various bone defects arising from malignant tumours, active infectious lesions, and metabolic bone diseases during the active phase; 8) systemic infection or acute local infection at the surgical site; 9) Blood diseases such as aplastic anaemia, those who have taken anticoagulant drugs in the last 3 months or whose coagulation test is not within normal range; 10) Use of drugs that may affect the healing of hard and soft tissues, such as long-term use of sedative-hypnotics (more than 3 months of continuous use), long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or adrenocorticotropic hormones (more than 3 months of continuous use), or patients who are undergoing, or have been undergoing in the last 3 months, treatment with medications that may affect or promote bone metabolism; 11) Patients who are heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes/day) within the last 6 months and during the bone healing period; 12) Autoimmune diseases; 13) Undergoing radiotherapy; 14) Mental illness, substance abuse, alcoholism; 15) Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
