探讨竖脊肌平面阻滞与髂筋膜阻滞对老年髋关节置换患者术后疼痛及恢复质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of erector spinae plane block versus iliac fascia block on postoperative pain and quality of recovery in elderly hip replacement patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥60岁；术前ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级；择期接受单侧髋关节置换手术；全身麻醉；患者或家属知晓本研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥60 years old; Preoperative ASA classification Ⅰ~Ⅲ; elective unilateral hip replacement surgery; general anesthesia; patients or family members aware of the study and signing an informed consent form;

排除标准：

翻修髋关节置换术；拒绝进行神经；有凝血功能障碍、局麻药过敏、穿刺部位皮肤感染、全身感染等穿刺禁忌症；阻滞侧肢体存在严重神经损伤；长期服用阿片类药物；理解能力差、合并精神病等无法完成评分及配合操作者；合并严重心、脑、肝、肾等疾病者；存在外周神经系统疾病、慢性疼痛疾病、动静脉血栓疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Revision hip arthroplasty; refusal to perform nerve; contraindications to puncture such as coagulation dysfunction, allergy to local anesthetics, skin infection at the site of puncture, systemic infection, etc.; presence of serious nerve injury in the limb on the side of the block; long-term use of opioids; poor comprehension, comorbid psychiatric illnesses, etc., making it difficult to complete the scoring and cooperate with the procedure; people with major concomitant heart, brain, liver, kidney, and other diseases; the existence of peripheral neurological disorders, chronic pain syndromes, and diseases associated with arterial venous thrombosis.
