研究目的：

慢性心力衰竭与骨质疏松症是老年患者常见疾病。CHF是指持续存在的心衰状态,是各种原因造成心脏结构和(或)功能异常改变,导致心室射血和(或)充盈功能障碍,从而引起以疲乏无力、呼吸困难和液体潴留(肺淤血、体循环淤血及外周水肿)为主要表现的一组复杂临床综合征，是心血管疾病的终末阶段和最主要的死因。骨质疏松症是一种与老龄化密切相关的全身性骨骼疾病，其特征是骨量低下、骨微结构退变，导致骨脆性增加和骨折风险增大。CHF与OP关系十分密切。近年来老年慢性心力衰竭合并骨质疏松临床关注度度越来越高，但由于老年CHF合并OP的研究起步相对较晚，临床证据不足。因此，在研究的基础上我们迫切需要建立高质量的生物样本库与数据共享中心，筛查高风险人群，寻找出更好的疾病防治手段，为CHF合并OP制定出信息化病例情况分析和精确的防治策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Chronic heart failure and osteoporosis are common diseases in older patients. CHF refers to a persistent state of heart failure, which is a group of complex clinical syndromes characterized by abnormal changes in heart structure and/or function due to various causes, resulting in ventricular ejection and/or filling dysfunction, resulting in fatigue, dyspnea, and fluid retention (pulmonary congestion, systemic congestion and peripheral edema) as the main manifestations, and is the terminal stage and the leading cause of death of cardiovascular disease. Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease closely related to aging and is characterized by low bone mass and degeneration of bone microstructures, leading to increased bone fragility and increased risk of fracture. CHF is very closely related to OP. In recent years, clinical attention has become increasingly high in the elderly with chronic heart failure combined with osteoporosis, but due to the relatively late start of the study of CHF combined with OP in the elderly, the clinical evidence is insufficient. Therefore, on the basis of research, we urgently need to establish a high-quality biobank and data sharing center, screen high-risk groups, find better disease prevention and control methods, and formulate information-based case analysis and accurate prevention and control strategies for CHF combined with OP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在60-80岁 （2）西医诊断为慢性心力衰竭伴骨质疏松 （3）心功能II-III级(NYHA 心功能 ) （4）做双能Xray骨密度检查，T值小于等于-2.5 （5）能够理解本临床研究的程序和方法，自愿参加并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Be 60-80 years old (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure with osteoporosis. (3) Cardiac function grade II-III (NYHA cardiac function) (4) Do dual-energy Xray bone density test, T≤≠ -2.5 (5) Be able to understand the procedures and methods of this clinical study, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）病情危急、采样诊断检查过程可能出现生命危险者 （2）未签署知情同意书者 （3）有精神障碍无法配合检查者 （4）结构性心脏病（心瓣膜疾病、心包疾病、先天性心脏病）、心内肿瘤、肥厚型心肌病、限制性（浸润性）心脏病等 （5）各种原因导致的继发性骨质疏松患者，如甲亢、原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进、肾上腺肿瘤等疾病 （6）患有影响骨密度测定的疾病：如癌症、骨paget病、多发性骨髓瘤、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎。 （7）近6个月合并除心力衰竭以外的严重心脑肾疾病者 （8）3个月内曾服用过性激素、糖皮质激素等影响骨代谢药物患者 （9）患者因有其他疾病而正在服用的药物影响试验药物观察者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are in critical condition and may be life-threatening during the process of studying. (2) Those who have not signed the informed consent form (3) Mental disorders who failure to correctly cooperation. (4) Structural heart disease (valvular heart disease, pericardial disease, congenital heart disease), intracardiac tumor, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive (infiltrative) heart disease, et al. (5) Patients with secondary osteoporosis caused by various reasons, such as hyperthyroidism, primary hyperparathyroidism, adrenal tumors,et al. (6) Diseases that affect bone densitometry: such as cancer, paget disease, multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. (7) Patients with serious cardio-cerebral and renal diseases other than heart failure in the past 6 months (8) Patients who have taken sex hormones, glucocorticoids and other drugs that affect bone metabolism within 3 months. (9) Patients are taking drugs that affects the observation of studying drug.
