研究目的：

帕金森病患者普遍存在抑郁障碍和睡眠障碍，并影响许多临床特征。脑深部刺激术(DBS)使用立体定向植入电极向帕金森病患者大脑中特定的靶位置提供持续的电刺激。然而，它在治疗抑郁症和睡眠障碍方面的疗效一直存在争议。本研究拟通过严格筛选病人，并分析DBS疗效与抑郁障碍和睡眠障碍之间的影响。在这项研究中，我们调查了63名抱怨抑郁障碍和/或睡眠障碍的PD患者，使用脑电图和AIS进行睡眠质量评估，并在DBS治疗前后使用HARS、HDRS、HAM-D和MADRS进行抑郁评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Depressive disorders and sleep disturbances are common in people with Parkinson's disease and affect many clinical features. Deep brain stimulation (DBS) uses stereotactic implanted electrodes to deliver continuous electrical stimulation to specific target locations in the brain of patients with Parkinson's disease. However, its efficacy in treating depression and sleep disorders has been controversial. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of DBS on depressive disorders and sleep disorders by rigorously screening patients. In this study, we investigated 63 PD patients complaining of depressive disorders and/or sleep disturbances, using EEG and AIS for sleep quality assessment, and HARS, HDRS, HAM-D, and MADRS for depression assessment before and after DBS treatment.

纳入标准：

1: 符合英国 PD 脑库临床诊断标准 2: 年龄≥40,性别不限

Inclusion criteria

1: It meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of PD brain bank in UK 2: Age ≥40, gender unlimited

排除标准：

1: 非典型和继发性帕金森症患者 2: 曾经接受过抗抑郁治疗或心理干预的患者 3: 医生判断不能参与试验的其他情况 4: 受试者本人或其法定代理人拒绝参加临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with atypical and secondary Parkinson's disease 2: Patients who have previously received antidepressant therapy or psychological intervention 3: Other conditions that the doctor determines cannot be included in the trial 4: The subjects themselves or their legal representatives refused to participate in the clinical trial
