研究目的：

本研究以认知-情感-行为理论为基础，探究HR-HPV患者的不良社会心理状态及其主要影响因素，并通过随访观察患者不同社会心理状态对其疾病转归及临床表现的影响，为了解HR-HPV感染对女性生理及心理的影响提供参考，并为探索有效的社会心理干预策略和方法，维护HR-HPV患者身心健康提供支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the cognitive-emotional-behavioral theory, this study explores the adverse psychosocial status of HR-HPV patients and its main influencing factors, and observes the effects of different psychosocial statuses of the patients on their disease regressions and clinical manifestations through the follow-up, to provide a reference for the understanding of the impacts of HR-HPV infections on women's physiology and psychology, as well as to provide support for the exploration of effective psychosocial intervention strategies and methods for the maintenance of the physical and mental health of HR-HPV patients.

纳入标准：

①年龄为18-65岁的女性；②临床诊断HR-HPV感染，符合WS/T 235-2016《尖锐湿疣诊断》中对于HR-HPV的诊断标准；③意识清晰且认知功能正常，无明显语言障碍，对病情可正常描述；④具有沟通能力，能够独立或协助下完成问卷。

Inclusion criteria

① Women aged 18-65 years old; ② Clinical diagnosis of HR-HPV infection, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for HR-HPV in WS/T 235-2016 Diagnosis of Condyloma Acuminatum; ③ Clear consciousness and normal cognitive function, no obvious language impairment, and can describe the condition normally; ④ Communication ability, able to complete the questionnaire independently or with assistance.

排除标准：

①既往有宫颈病变（包括癌前病变和癌变）、宫颈治疗和子宫切除病史；②正在妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；③患有各种免疫性疾病、艾滋病或使用免疫抑制剂等免疫功能低下者；④有精神、神经病患者，不愿或无法配合者；⑤有其他严重原发性内、外科疾病；⑥拒绝谈及自身经历。

Exclusion criteria：

①History of cervical lesions (including pre-cancerous lesions and cancerous lesions), cervical treatment and hysterectomy; ②Pregnant or breastfeeding women; ③Immunocompromised people who suffer from various immune disorders, AIDS, or the use of immunosuppressant drugs; ④People with psychiatric or neurological illnesses who are unwilling or unable to cooperate; ⑤People who suffer from other serious primary internal or surgical diseases; and ⑥Refusal to talk about their own experiences.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由调查员进行现场问卷调查，研究采集的生物样本将在本院进行检测，医生负责采集宫颈分泌物。问卷后期由研究小组成员进行数据整理和分析，宫颈分泌物将由病理科进行分析，样本将保存在上海市第一人民医院，保存至试验结束后5年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

An on-site questionnaire will be conducted by the investigator, and the biological samples collected for the study will be tested in our hospital, and the doctor will be responsible for collecting the cervical secretions. The questionnaire will be followed by data compilation and analysis by members of the research team at a later stage, and the cervical secretions will be analyzed by the Department of Pathology, and the samples will be stored in Shanghai First People's Hospital until 5 years after the end of the trial.
