本研究通过随机对照临床试验，探索不同GI大米对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explored the effect of different GI rice on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes through a randomized controlled clinical trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 2型糖尿病诊断明确，糖尿病病程5年内 ② 年龄在18～75岁之间； ③ HbA1c： 7%-9%

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes is clear, and the course of diabetes is within 5 years ② Between the ages of 18 and 75; ③ HbA1c: 7% -9%

排除标准：

① 半年内急性心脑血管疾病患者 ② 既往行减重手术； ③ 严重肝、肾功能损害、胃肠道疾病及其他严重器质性疾病； ④ 糖尿病用药需排除胰岛素治疗者及服用α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂，SGLT2抑制剂； ⑤ 其他可能影响血糖的药物如：糖皮质激素，噻嗪类利尿剂，β受体阻滞剂等

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within six months ② Previous weight loss surgery; ③ Severe liver and kidney function damage, gastrointestinal diseases, and other serious organic diseases; ④ The medication of diabetes needs to exclude insulin therapists and take insulin α- Glucosidase inhibitors, SGLT2 inhibitors; ⑤ Other drugs that may affect blood sugar, such as glucocorticoids, thiazide diuretics, β Receptor blockers, etc
