分析使用支气管镜下钬激光续贯冷冻消融术治疗气管插管后组织增生所致的气道狭窄的安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and feasibility of using bronchoscopic holmium laser sequential cryoablation to treat airway stenosis caused by tissue hyperplasia following tracheal intubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、经口/鼻气管插管或气管切开插管后出现气道狭窄；2、因肉芽组织增生、纤维增生等增生组织向气管腔内生长，导致气道狭窄；3、接受支气管镜下钬激光续贯冷冻消融治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Airway stenosis occurs after oral/nasal tracheal intubation or tracheotomy intubation; 2. Hyperplastic tissues such as granulation tissue hyperplasia and fibroplasia grow into the trachea lumen, resulting in airway stenosis; 3. Continued holmium laser cryoablation under bronchoscope was performed.

排除标准：

1、主要因气管软化塌陷、瘢痕收缩等导致的气道狭窄，气管腔内无增生组织；2、消融后不能拔除气管插管，仍需长时间留置气管插管，影响消融疗效观察；3、消融后患者因各种原因拒绝复查支气管镜检查或CT检查，或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Airway stenosis mainly caused by tracheal softening, collapse, scar contraction, etc., with no hyperplasia in the tracheal lumum; 2. The endotracheal intubation cannot be removed after ablation, and the endotracheal intubation still needs to be retained for a long time, which affects the observation of ablation efficacy; 3. After ablation, the patient refused bronchoscopy or CT examination for various reasons, or lost follow-up.
