研究目的：

分析膝关节以下热水浴对改善合并心功能不全的稳定期卒中患者的神经功能缺损程度的有效性和安全性，并推断其可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the effectiveness and safety of hot water bathing below the knee joint in improving the degree of neurological deficits in stable stroke patients with cardiac insufficiency and infer its possible mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80岁，；
2.性别不限，；
3.有脑梗死病史，且最后一次脑梗死距离入组时间不少于12周，；
4.mRs评分1-3分，；
5.NYHA心功能分级II-III级。；

Inclusion criteria

1.18-80 years old,;
2.Gender is not limited,;
3.Has a history of cerebral infarction, with the last stroke occurring no less than 12 weeks prior to enrollment，;
4.mRS score 1-3 points,;
5.NYHA Heart Function Classification II-III.;

排除标准：

1.脑实质、蛛网膜下腔、硬膜下及硬膜外等颅内出血病史者，；
2.恶性肿瘤晚期或其它器官严重病变衰竭期，预期寿命小于 1 年，；
3.存在双下肢局部皮肤破溃、皮疹，下肢动脉狭窄或下肢静脉血栓，或任一下肢残缺或部分残缺，；
4.糖尿病患者，；
5.无端坐能力的患者，；
6.患者本人不能签署知情同意书，；
7.mRS得分为1-2分者没有共同居住者，mRS得分为3分者没有稳定的照料者。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with a history of intracranial hemorrhage in the brain parenchyma, subarachnoid space, subdural and epidural spaces,;
2.Late stage malignant tumors or severe organ failure, with an expected lifespan of less than 1 year,;
3.Existence of local skin rupture, rash, arterial stenosis or venous thrombosis in both lower limbs, or any disability or partial disability in the lower limbs,;
4.People with diabetes,;
5.Patients with inexplicable sitting ability,;
6.Patients cannot sign informed consent forms themselves,;
7.Individuals with an mRS score of 1-2 have no co residents, while those with an mRS score of 3 have no stable caregivers.;

This study evaluated the effectiveness of intervention measures using the difference in scores between the intervention group before and after intervention, as well as between the intervention group and the control group.
