研究目的：

本研究旨在基于医学硅胶模型，安排不同年资外科医生使用手术缝线（活结缝线/普通缝线）进行外科打结操作，评估是否能提高外科医生打结力的一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to arrange surgical knotting procedures using surgical sutures (Slipknot sutures/ordinary sutures) by surgeons of different seniority based on the medical silicone models to evaluate whether the consistency of surgical knotting force could be improved.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18周岁。 ②Attending级别医生、Fellow级别医生、Resident级别医生、实习医生。 ③自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥ 18 years old. (2) Attending-level doctors, Fellow-level doctors, Resident level doctors, and interns. (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①平时工作繁忙，预计不能保证有足够时间完成本研究的手术医生。 ②除研究者下属或者研究单位员工以外的弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Surgeons who are usually busy with work and are not expected to have enough time to complete this study. (2) Vulnerable groups other than the investigator's subordinates or employees of the research unit, including those with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
