研究目的：

①全面评估抗逆转录病毒治疗 (ART) 在中国 HIV 患者 中的疗效、安全性； ②探索ART可能的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

① Comprehensive assessment of the efficacy and safety of antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Chinese HIV patients; ② Exploring potential influencing factors of ART.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①通过westblot 法或 HIV核酸检测确诊为HIV感染，。 ②年龄在 18 岁以上，能够理解并签署知情同意书。 ③即将开始或已开始接受抗逆转录病毒治疗 (ART) ，且预计能够持续接受此项治疗。 ④没有任何其他的严重并发症或疾病，例如活动性肝病、肾脏疾病、心脏疾病等。 ⑤没有参加其他可能影响本研究结果的临床试验。 ⑥无吸毒或者酗酒历史。

Inclusion criteria

① Confirmed as HIV infection through Western blot or HIV nucleic acid testing. ② Aged 18 years or older, able to understand and sign the informed consent form. ③ About to start or already receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) and expected to continue this treatment. ④ No other severe complications or diseases, such as active liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, etc. ⑤ Not participating in any other clinical trials that could potentially affect the results of this study. ⑥ No history of drug use or alcohol abuse.

排除标准：

①未达到法定年龄 (如18岁以下) 或无法理解和签署知情同意书的患者。 ②对抗逆转录病毒药物 (ART) 已知过敏或不能耐受的患者。 ③存在其他严重并发症或疾病，如活动性肝病、 肾病、心脏疾病、未控制的糖尿病等。 ④正在参与其他临床研究。 ⑤孕妇或正处于哺乳期的妇女。 ⑥患有严重精神疾病，无法合作进行研究或不可能持续遵循 ART 治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who have not reached the legal age (such as those under 18 years old) or cannot understand and sign the informed consent form. ② Patients are known to be allergic to or intolerant of antiretroviral therapy (ART). ③ Patients with other serious complications or diseases, such as active liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, etc. ④ Patients currently participating in other clinical research studies. ⑤ Pregnant women or women who are currently breastfeeding. ⑥ Patients with severe mental illness who are unable to cooperate with the study or are unlikely to adhere to ART treatment.
