研究目的：

对比口腔健康教育（Oral health education, OHE）与正向激励联合OHE对儿童龋病发病率、口腔卫生行为习惯、儿童及家长口腔健康知信行状况、口腔内pH值及龋易感性的变化趋势，评估正向激励在低龄儿童龋病防治中的有效性和可行性，为有效防治低龄儿童龋开拓新的研究视角。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the changes trend of oral health education (OHE) and positive incentive combined with OHE on the incidence of caries in children, oral hygiene behavior habits, oral health knowledge and belief, oral pH value and caries susceptibility of children and parents, and evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of positive motivation in the prevention and treatment of caries in young children, and open up new research perspectives for the effective prevention and treatment of caries in young children.

纳入标准：

3-5岁幼儿园小、中班儿童 无智力及躯体发育障碍 居住于医疗卫生资源相对于缺乏的西部地区

Inclusion criteria

3-5 year old kindergarten children in primary and secondary classes No mental or physical developmental disabilities They live in western areas where medical and health resources are relatively scarce

排除标准：

罹患严重全身系统性疾病或智力发育障碍 牙列缺失或全口多颗牙残根残冠 罹患急性牙髓炎或急性根尖周炎等疾病，急需急诊治疗 儿童经行为管理后，仍不能配合牙科检查 监护人了解研究内容，拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

Severe systemic disease or mental developmental disorders Teeth missing or full mouth teeth residual root and crown Suffering from diseases such as acute pulpitis or acute periarthritis of root tips, be badly in need of emergency treatment Children after behavior management, still cannot cooperate with dental check Guardians understand the research content, refused to sign a consent form
