研究目的：

评价一种由猪小肠粘膜下层组织（Small intestinal submucosa, SIS）制成的生物活性胶原膜对牙周牙髓联合病变根尖手术后血流变化及组织再生的影响，及其临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effect of a bioactive collagen membrane made from Small intestinal submucosa (SIS) tissue of porcine intestine on the blood flow changes and tissue regeneration outcome of endodontic microsurgery in combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 根尖病变继发牙周边缘骨破坏； 2. 18岁≤年龄≤70岁； 3. 接受了完善的根管治疗和牙周基础治疗； 4. ASA全身状态评估分级为1-2级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Combined apico-marginal lesions 2. Age: from 18 years old to 70 years old 3. Teeth had undergone root canal treatment and primary periodontal treatment 4. Patients without poorly controlled systemic diseases, resulting in American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1-2.

排除标准：

1. 根周骨壁缺损无保留价值的患牙； 2. 根折、或牙根吸收达根长1/3以上； 3. 全口重度牙周炎； 4. 两年内服用过双膦酸盐类药物； 5. 妊娠及备孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Teeth with sever periapical bone defect and without preservation value 2. Root fracture or root resorption exceeding 1/3 of the root length 3. Chronic periodontitis 4. Patient who had taken bisphosphonates within two years 5. Pregnancy and Preparation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源于原始病历记录及影像学资料。存储全部纸质版原始资料，每周由专人实行双人双机录入电子化数据信息系统。EDC：北京大学口腔医院临床大数据平台。 所有病例信息以信息表形式编号、存储、填写。存储于专用的电脑中，并备份保存于2枚活动硬盘中，分别放置于实验室及办公室保存。所有纸质文件复印并扫描，扫描件与电子数据一同保存。

The data is sourced from original medical records and imaging data. Store all paper versions of the original data, and assign a dedicated person to implement an electronic data information system with two people and two machines every week. EDC: Clinical Big Data Platform (https://ndslab.bjmu.edu.cn/data/signin) All case information is numbered, stored, and filled out in the form of an information table. Stored on a dedicated computer and backed up on two active hard drives, placed separately in the laboratory and office for storage. Copy and scan all paper documents, and save the scanned copies along with electronic data.
