研究目的：

（1）基于行为改变轮理论构建养老机构身体活动促进的干预方案； （2）应用并评价干预方案的效果，以期为提高养老机构老年人的身体活动水平提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To develop a physical activity promotion intervention in elderly care institutions based on the Behavior Change Wheel theory; (2) To test the effectiveness of the intervention, in order to provide reference for improving the physical activity level of elderly people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄60周岁及以上； 2、入住养老院时间达3个月以上； 3、可独立行走或借助辅助器具行走； 4、自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书； 5、能理解本研究和干预方案。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60 years or above; 2. Stay in a nursing home for more than three months; 3. Able to walk with or without assistance; 4. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent; 5. Able to understand the study and intervention program.

排除标准：

（1）严重的听力损害或语言表达能力障碍影响交流者; （2）有严重心理障碍或精神疾病; （3）有严重认知障碍者; （4）存在一种及以上运动绝对禁忌症和相对禁忌症; （5）无法或不愿坚持认知干预者; （6）干预期间因自身原因搬离研究所在的养老机构或中途因重大疾病进行转院或者死亡的老年人; （7）由于个人原因要求退出本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe hearing impairment or language impairment affects communicators; (2) Have a serious mental disorder or mental illness; (3) People with severe cognitive impairment; (4) There is one or more absolute and relative contraindications to exercise; (5) Those who are unable or unwilling to adhere to cognitive intervention; (6) The elderly who moved out of the nursing home of the study for their own reasons or were transferred to a hospital or died due to serious illness during the intervention period; (7) Request to withdraw from the study due to personal reasons.
