研究目的：

1. 建立跨地域、涵盖老年血管疾病发生发展不同阶段的高质量老年血管疾病专病多中心研究队列、数据平台、生物样本库和影像数据库。 2. 探索对各种老年血管疾病发生及不同预后的相关风险具有预测价值的基因、蛋白、代谢分子标志物或影像学指标。 3. 利用能够进行多维数据融合处理的大数据平台，通过集成精细临床信息，结合筛选的多组学标志物及影像学指标， 构建中国老年血管疾病高危筛查制度及临床风险精准评估体系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a high-quality multi-center cohort, data platform, biological sample database and image database of elderly patients with multi-stage vascular diseases, covering different regions of China. 2. Explore biomarkers for the prognosis of various vascular diseases in the elderly using multi-omics, including genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and radiomics. 3. Establish an accurate risk screening and assessment system for vascular diseases in the elderly based on the multi-omics biomarkers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 至少存在高血压、冠心病、脑血管疾病、外周动脉疾病任一种 2. 年龄≥60岁 3 .当地常住居民 4. 提供书面知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or peripheral arterial disease. 2. Patients aged more than 60 years. 3. Local permanent residents. 4. Patients who provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有影响其生存的严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤或艾滋病 2. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女或半年内可能妊娠的妇女 3. 有严重精神病史或其他疾病不能配合完成整个调查者 4. 正在参加临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases that affect their survival, such as malignant tumor or AIDS. 2. Pregnant, lactating women or women who may be pregnant within six months. 3. Patients who have a serious history of mental illness or other diseases can't cooperate to complete the whole investigation. 4. Patients who are participating in clinical trials.
