研究目的：

隐性肥胖由于体重没有超过标准体重，易被人们所忽视，造成身体健康存在潜在危害。通过本研究，旨在解决隐性肥胖患者如何在实际生活中通过饮食、运动等生活干预方式，降低体脂百分比，降低内脏脂肪面积等，达到促进健康的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Implicit obesity, due to not exceeding the standard weight, is easily overlooked by people and poses potential health risks. Through this study, the aim is to address how implicit obesity patients can reduce their body fat percentage and visceral fat area through lifestyle interventions such as diet and exercise in real life, in order to promote health.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 自愿前往北医三院体检中心体检的受检对象； 2. 年龄≥18岁； 3. 体重指数18.5＜ BMI＜24 kg/m2，体脂肪率男性≥20%、女性≥28%； 4. 6个月内未曾服用减肥药物或其他影响身体质量的药物（如轻泻药）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects who voluntarily go to the physical examination center of Peking University Third Hospital for physical examination; 2. Age ≥ 18 years old; 3. Body mass index 18.5 < BMI < 24 kg/m2, body fat rate ≥ 20% for males and ≥ 28% for females; 4. Have not taken any weight loss medication or other medication that affects body quality (such as laxatives) within 6 months.

排除标准：

1. 确诊患有心脏病、颅脑疾病、肝胆疾病、肾病、神经性厌食症、肾上腺皮质功能亢进以及进行过食管、胃肠恶性肿瘤手术等的患者； 2. 合并冠心病、心力衰竭、肺动脉高压、瓣膜病、心肌病、严重室性心律失常、心肌炎或心包炎者； 3. 合并严重呼吸系统疾病者：如重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病、重度哮喘等； 4. 合并未控制的甲状腺功能亢进症或甲状腺功能减退症； 5. 合并肾脏、肝脏等其他脏器功能严重不全者； 6. 运动锻炼中出现异常心血管反应者； 7. 认知功能明显受损，无法沟通。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with heart disease, cranial disease, liver and gallbladder disease, kidney disease, anorexia nervosa, adrenal cortex hyperfunction, and surgery for esophageal and gastrointestinal malignant tumors; 2. Patients with concomitant coronary heart disease, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, severe ventricular arrhythmias, myocarditis or pericarditis; 3. Individuals with severe respiratory diseases, such as severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe asthma, etc.; 4. Merge uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 5. Severe dysfunction of other organs such as the kidneys and liver in combination; 6. Individuals with abnormal cardiovascular reactions during exercise; 7. Cognitive function significantly impaired, unable to communicate.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

data entry Clinical testing and questionnaire data are input online, and the data administrator is responsible for questionnaire input, and the project sponsor conducts training on the use of unified online tools. Contents and methods of data verification and management When all the case report forms are entered and checked correctly, the data administrator will write a database inspection report, which includes the research completion (including the list of dropped subjects), inclusion/exclusion standard inspection, integrity inspection, logical consistency inspection, outlier data inspection, adverse event inspection, etc. At the audit meeting, the main researchers, auditors, data administrators and statisticians will make resolutions on the questions raised in the informed consent form signed by the subjects and the database inspection report, and write the audit report, and the database will be locked at the same time. Data archiving After the data entry and verification are completed as required, the case report form shall be filed and saved in the order of numbers, and a retrieval catalogue shall be filled for future reference.
