研究目的:

本实验的研究目的是探究为期六个月的高冲击和抗阻运动干预是否可以有效将改善腰椎低骨量节段和区域的骨密度以及骨骼力学特性。此外,本研究将建立力学模型,探究在体运动影响腰椎骨密度的力学机制,进而建立腰椎骨密度预测模型,快速预测运动对骨密度的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this experiment is to investigate whether a six-month high-impact and resistance exercise intervention can effectively improve bone density and skeletal mechanical properties in low bone mass segments and regions of the lumbar spine. In addition, this study will establish a mechanical model to explore the mechanical mechanism of in vivo movement affecting lumbar spine bone mineral density, and then establish a lumbar spine bone mineral density prediction model to quickly predict the improvement of bone density caused by exercise.

纳入标准:

纳入标准: - 绝经时间或卵巢切除术≥1年; - -1>DXA T评分>-2.5 SD; - 体重指数(BMI)<30kg/㎡。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - menopause time ≥ 1 year; - -1 > DXA T score > -2.5 SD; - body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/㎡.

排除标准:

排除标准: - 在过去两年内每周进行一次以上的高强度训练(地面反作用力大于慢跑),或每周进行超过45分钟的阻力训练; - 使用影响骨代谢或密度的药物(如长期使用皮质类固醇、甲状腺素或噻嗪); - 继发性OP或骨质疏松性骨折; - 剧烈体力活动的任何禁忌症(如未控制的心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤或高血压)。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria: - Engaging in high-impact training (with ground reaction forces greater than jogging) more than once a week, or resistance exercise exceeding 45 minutes per week within the past two years; - Use of medications that affect bone metabolism or density (such as prolonged corticosteroid, thyroxine, or thiazide use); - Secondary OP or osteoporotic fractures; - Any contraindications for strenuous physical activity (such as uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, malignancy, or hypertension).

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

All study-related information will be stored securely at the study site. All participant information will be stored in locked file cabinets in areas with limited access. All records that contain names or other personal identifiers, such as locator forms and informed consent forms, will be stored separately from study records identified by code number. All local databases will be secured with password protected access systems. Forms, lists, logbooks, appointment books, and any other listings that link participant ID numbers to other identifying information will be stored in a separate, locked file in an area with limited access.
