研究克罗恩病肛瘘与肛瘘患者临床与脑功能差异，探索克罗恩病肛瘘与腺源性肛瘘患者脑肠轴之间的联系  

Objectives of Study：

A study of clinical and brian function differences between patients with perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease and fistulas, exploring the link between the brian-gut axis in patients with perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease and anal fistulas

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合克罗恩病肛瘘或肛瘘诊断标准者。 2. 年龄 18-70 岁，不限性别。 3.右利手。 4. 知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease or fistulas; (2) Patients aged over 18 to 70 years old with no limited sex; (3) right-handed; (4) Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。 2. 具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病，如心脏病。体内有起搏器等。 3. 由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。 4. 怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史。 5. 根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。 6.正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。 7.肛瘘癌变患者。 8. 其他未知意外情况者。 9.幽闭恐惧症患者；体内植入器，金属、钛夹等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 2. Have severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases that affect their survival, such as heart disease. Have a pacemaker in the body, etc. 3. Patients unable to give full informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disabilities. 4. Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse. 5. Other medical conditions that, in the judgment of the investigator, reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment that could result in loss of visits. 6. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs. 7. Patients with endoscopy and pathology suggesting possible malignant lesions. 8. Patients with other unknown unforeseen circumstances 9. Patients with claustrophobia; internal implants, metal, titanium clips, etc.
