经颅磁作能否改善射精功能障碍患者的射精功能  

Objectives of Study：

Efficacy and safety of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (r-TMS) in ejaculation dysfunction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.成年人有至少6个月稳定性生活与性伴侣； 2.符合早泄或不射精（包括获得性早泄）的诊断标准 ； 3.自初次性生活以来，每次性交都出现此类情况 4.无勃起功能障碍； 5.无明确的可引起射精障碍的相关药物使用史或已知的的疾病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults have a stable sexual life and sexual partner for at least 6 months; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PE or DE (including AE);, 3. This happens every time you have sex since your first sexual intercourse. 4. No erectile dysfunction; 5. There is no clear history of drug use or known disease history that can cause ejaculation disorders.

排除标准：

(1)有癫痫发作或药物滥用史的患者； (2)有任何严重的医疗疾病、精神疾病或神经系统疾病病史的患者； (3)性生活不规律或无正常性伴侣。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of epileptic seizures or drug abuse; (2) Patients with any history of serious medical illness, mental illness or neurological disease; (3) Irregular sexual life or without normal sexual partners.

The responsible for evaluating the scales were unaware of the group assignment of the participants and each other. Furthermore, all participants, researchers, physiotherapists administering rTMS, and data analysts remained blinded till the database was blocked.
