本研究的主要目的是通过对不同利益相关者进行焦点小组访谈,评估经文化适应后的“友情友益”社交技能团体训练课程(SSGT),在中国三甲医院门诊实施的有效性。具体目标为: 1.探讨在孤独症儿童和青少年实施“友情友益”SSGT后的中远期有效性; 2.加速版和模块化的SSGT在中国三家医院门诊实施SSGT的促进和阻碍因素; 3.针对“友情友益”课程特异于原PEERS课程的内容,探讨其适用性和中远期影响。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of culturally-adapted social skills group training (SSGT) in outpatient clinics of a tertiary A hospital in China by conducting focus group interviews with different stakeholders. The specific objectives are: 1. To explore the medium and long term effectiveness after the implementation of a SSGT in autistic children and adolescents; 2. Factors that promote and hinder the implementation of an accelerated and modualized SSGT in an outpatient clinic of a tertiary A hospital in China; 3. Explore the applicability and mid-long term influences on the specific content of the adapted SSGT, which are different from the original PEERS SSGT. |

Inclusion criteria |
School-age autistic children and adolescents and their parents who have previously completed the SSGT, as well as the facilitators of the SSGT. |

排除标准: |
1. 只完成“友情友益”课程模块一的学龄期孤独谱系儿童和青少年; 2. “友情友益”课程结束未满半年的学龄期孤独谱系儿童和青少年。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. School-age autistic children and adolescents who only completed the Module 1 of the SSGT. 2. School-age autistic children and adolescents who have completed the SSGT within half a year. |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Before the study: Within the team, feedback on the interview outline will be solicited. During the implementation of the study: After completing each focus group interview, the recordings were backed up and archived in time, and the handwritten notes of the facilitator will be scanned and archived. The operation procedure of the focus groups will be standardized using an operation manual, and double recording will be adopted to ensure the quality of the recording. |
