研究目的：

探索作用于患侧颏舌肌皮质区的10Hz高频rTMS对脑卒中OSA的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of 10Hz high frequency rTMS on the OSA of stroke in the cortex area of the genioglossus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者为初次且单侧发病，满足脑卒中诊断标准，病程在3个月以内；
②Epworth嗜睡程度评分＞11分，多导睡眠监测（Polysomnography ,PSG）诊断为OSA，且AHI≥15次/h；
③患者入院时须意识清醒，生命体征平稳；
④患者及照顾者签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with the first and unilateral stroke, meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and the course of disease is less than 3 months;
2. Patients whose Epworth sleepiness score is more than 11, whose polysomnography (PSG) diagnosis is OSA, and whose AHI >=15 times/h;
3. Patients who are conscious and have stable vital signs at admission;
4. Patients and caregivers willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①排除上气道结构病变或异常：颌骨畸形、鼻甲肥大、鼻中隔偏曲、鼻息肉、鼻咽部肿瘤、扁桃体Ⅲ°肥大、腺样体肥大、会厌后肿瘤等；
②脑卒中累及皮质，以及有癫痫病史、一级亲属中有癫痫病史以及使用致痫药物；
③重度认知功能障碍或不能执行简单指令者；
④有心脏起搏器、体内有金属植入物；
⑤刺激区域有颅骨缺损；
⑥心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能严重损害者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with upper airway structural diseases or abnormalities: jaw deformity, hypertrophy of turbinate, deviation of nasal septum, nasal polyp, tumor of nasopharynx, hypertrophy of tonsil III degree, adenoid hypertrophy, tumor after epiglottis, etc;
2. Patients with stroke involving cortex, a epilepsy history, first-degree relatives with epilepsy history and patients using epilepsy drugs;
3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or inability to perform simple instructions;
4. Patients with pacemakers and metal implants;
5. Patients with skull defect in the stimulation area;
6. Patients with severe impairment of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ functions.
