研究目的：

采用数字法随机将研究对象分为2个平行教学组，研究组采取理论培训和构建的战伤骨科救护虚拟仿真实训案例进行培训，对照组采用理论培训和观看相关战伤救护视频进行培训。对比两种培训方法的差异，培训前后实验组和干预组的差异，进一步测试和验证软件效果和学习效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The research objects were randomly divided into two parallel teaching groups by numerical method. The research group was trained by theoretical training and virtual simulation training cases of combat musculoskeletal trauma care, while the control group was trained by theoretical training and watching relevant combat trauma care videos. Compare the differences between the two training methods, the differences between the experimental group and the intervention group before and after training, and further test and verify the software effect and learning effect.

纳入标准：

军队卫生机构注册护士，包括军人护士、文职护士、聘用护士； 熟练操作软件； 自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Registered nurses in military health institutions, including military nurses, civilian nurses, and hired nurses; Proficient in software operation; Voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

缺勤、缺考； 有晕动症史

Exclusion criteria：

Absence from duty and absence from exams; Have a history of motion sickness.
