研究目的：

基于毫米波雷达的非接触式居家生理信号数据采集，通过算法分析实现睡眠阶段分期及呼吸事件的判读，并将其结果与“金标准”的 PSG 进行比较，探索毫米雷达波在对儿童中重度 OSAS 中的筛查作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the millimetre wave radar non-contact home physiological signal data acquisition, sleep stage staging and interpretation of respiratory events were realised through algorithmic analysis.The algorithm analyses the sleep stages and respiratory events, and compares the results with the "gold standard" PSG to explore the role of millimetre radar waves in screening for moderate-to-severe OSAS in children.The results were compared with the "gold standard" PSG to explore the role of millimetre radar waves in the screening of moderate-to-severe OSAS in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄 1 岁-18 岁的男性或女性患儿； (2) 2024年3月至 2024年12月，存在夜间打鼾、憋气、呼吸暂停或张口呼吸等症状，并在上海儿童医学中心进行整夜多导睡眠监测； (3) 经知情同意进行本研究，所有受试儿童由法定监护人知情同意（8 岁以上儿童还需由本人知情同意)。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male or female children aged 1 to 18 years; (2) Having symptoms of nighttime snoring, breath-holding, apnea or open-mouth breathing from March 2024 to December 2024, and undergoing all-night polysomnography at the Shanghai Children's Medical Centre; (3) Informed consent for the study was obtained from the legal guardians of the children (children over 8 years of age were also required to give their informed consent).

排除标准：

(1) 存在慢性肺部疾病，先天性心脏疾病，慢性肝肾疾病，神经肌肉疾病、遗传代谢疾病，染色体或基因异常、颅面部发育畸形及其他任何基础疾病； (2) 正在接受无创正压通气治疗者； (3) 临床评估可能存在其他睡眠障碍者； (4) 获取的多导睡眠监测时长未满 6 小时； (5) 睡眠技术员经过查看后确认，获取的多导睡眠监测数据无法满足分析的需要； (6) 研究者认为受试者有潜在风险或有干扰受试者的任何其他因素，不适宜参本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Presence of chronic lung disease, congenital heart disease, chronic liver or kidney disease, neuromuscular disease, inherited metabolic disease, chromosomal or genetic abnormalities, craniofacial developmental malformations, and any other underlying disease; (2) Those undergoing non-invasive positive pressure ventilation; (3) Those who may have other sleep disorders as assessed clinically; (4) Those who have obtained less than 6 hours of polysomnography sleep monitoring; (5) The sleep technician has reviewed and confirmed that the acquired polysomnography data are not adequate for analysis; (6) The investigator believes that the subject is at potential risk or has any other factors that interfere with the subject's ability to participate in this clinical trial.

多导睡眠监测的结果提示OAHI（阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数）＞1次/小时，可以诊断儿童OSAS。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Results of polysomnography suggesting an OAHI (Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Hypopnoea Index) of >1/hour is diagnostic of OSAS in children.
