研究目的：

本研究通过调查青光眼患者疾病不确定感现况，运用潜在剖面分析群体内部异质性，进一步探究不同潜在类别的人群特征及与医学应对方式的相关性，为临床护理工作制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据和参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the current status of disease uncertainty among glaucoma patients using latent profile analysis to explore heterogeneity within the population Furthermore it seeks to examine the characteristics of different latent categories of individuals and their correlation with medical management approaches This will provide a basis and reference for the development of targeted intervention measures in clinical nursing work

纳入标准：

1、符合中华医学会眼科分会青光眼学组制定的《中国青光眼指南（2022年）》诊断的青光眼 2、具有中文听说、阅读、理解能力，能独立完成或在调查者的帮助下完成调查 3、自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书 4、年龄≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Glaucoma diagnosed in accordance with the Chinese Glaucoma Guidelines (2022) formulated by the Glaucoma Group of Ophthalmology Branch of Chinese Medical Association 2. Have Chinese listening, speaking, reading, understanding ability, can complete the survey independently or complete the survey with the help of the investigator 3. Participated participated in the study and signed the informed consent 4. Age >= 18 years old

排除标准：

1、存在认知或精神障碍
2、患有其他严重的躯体性疾病
3、存在严重语言沟通障碍
4、近一年内经历过较大生活事件（如伤残、丧亲等）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of cognitive or psychiatric disorders 2. With other serious somatic diseases 3. Severe language communication barriers exist 4. Experienced major life events (such as disability, bereavement, etc.) in the past yea
