研究目的：

本研究通过对本市基层全科医生进行线上1个月的理论学习、线下3个月的老年医学科实践活动，明确“医养结合”背景下对基层全科医生老年医学亚专长培养，探讨是否有利于提高基层全科医生整体素质和临床诊疗水平，提高居民满意度；是否有利于提升基层全科医生全有所专、全专结合的岗位胜任力；是否有利于提高基层全科医生的老年医学临床技能和“医养结合”养老服务能力，满足老年人“医养结合”养老服务需求，为推动“健康中国战略”背景下的“医养结合”养老服务事业提供新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This research through carries on the line 1 month theory study to this city grass-roots general practitioner, the line 3 months geriatrics branch practice activity, to make clear the training of gerontology sub-specialty of grass-roots general practitioners under the background of“Combination of medicine and culture”, and to explore whether it is beneficial to improve the overall quality of grass-roots general practitioners and the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and to improve the satisfaction of residents; Whether it is conducive to improving the competence of grass-roots general practitioners in the post of all-specialty and all-specialty combination, and whether it is conducive to improving the clinical skills of geriatrics and the ability of providing services for the aged with the combination of medical treatment and nursing care of grass-roots general practitioners, to meet the needs of the elderly“Combination of medical care” for the elderly services, to promote the“Health china strategy” background of“Combination of medical care” for the elderly services to provide a new strategy.

纳入标准：

（1）自愿参加老年医学亚专长培养的助理全科医生/全科医生；（2）能够完成整个研究过程，如线上听课、线下实践等活动。

Inclusion criteria

(1) volunteer to be an assistant general practitioner/general practitioner in subspecialty training in geriatrics
(2) be able to complete the entire research process, such as online lectures, offline practice, etc.

排除标准：

（1）未取得助理/执业医师资格证者；（2）研究者认为不宜参加的研究对象。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who have not obtained the qualification of Assistant/medical practitioner
(2) those who are considered unsuitable by the researchers.
