研究目的：

通过运用中西医结合的方法，制定新的“加味大承气汤联合舒泰清”肠道准备方法。对于我院进行结直肠镜检查的患者，分别应用加味大承气汤联合舒泰清与单纯服用舒泰清进行肠道准备，进行临床试验。通过该研究，寻找一种能使患者安全、迅速、简便、清洁效果更好、痛苦感受更小的肠道准备方案，同时，能够提高结直肠息肉的检出率。为今后进行结直肠镜检查的患者提供更好的肠道准备方案，在提高结直肠息肉的检出率的同时，进一步减轻患者的生理、心理、经济负担，避免因肠道准备不佳而造成结直肠镜检查的漏诊误诊。  

Objectives of Study：

By using a combination of Chinese and Western medicine, a new method of "modified Da Cheng Qi Tang combined with Shu Tai Qing" for intestinal preparation was developed. In this clinical trial, patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital were divided into two groups: one group received the modified Da Cheng Qi Tang combined with Shu Tai Qing, while the other group received only Shu Tai Qing for intestinal preparation. The purpose of this study was to find a safer, faster, simpler, more effective, and less painful intestinal preparation protocol that could improve the detection rate of colorectal polyps. This would provide better intestinal preparation options for future patients undergoing colonoscopy, not only improving the detection rate of colorectal polyps but also reducing the physiological, psychological, and economic burden on patients. Moreover, it aims to prevent missed or misdiagnosed cases due to inadequate bowel preparation during colonoscopy examinations.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在 18 岁到 80 岁之间，性别不限；②在我院消化内科拟行电 子结肠镜检查的患者；③所有病例均为择期检查；④所有病例均符合结直肠镜检查的适应症的患者；⑤能够与研究人员交流或理解肠 道准备的要求，在被充分告知研究的性质和风险，自愿接受研究用 药并如实回答研究者问题者；⑥患者对本研究知情同意，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Age between 18 and 80 years, regardless of gender. ②Patients scheduled for electronic colonoscopy examination in our hospital's Department of Gastroenterology. ③All cases are scheduled examinations. ④All cases meet the indications for colonoscopy. ⑤Able to communicate with the researchers or understand the requirements of bowel preparation, fully informed about the nature and risks of the study, voluntarily accept the investigational medication, and truthfully answer the researcher's questions. ⑥Patients have knowledge and consent of this study, and willingly sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①年龄＜18 岁，或＞80 岁；②己知对本研究药物的成分过敏或己知具有本试验的禁忌症者；③孕期或哺乳期妇女；④罹患心、肝、 肺、肾等严重器质性疾病或精神障碍者；⑤最近三年内进行过肠道手术或者是最近两周内患有急性肠道感染者；⑥受试前 1 个月内曾 经使用过包括中药、中成药、西药在内的泻药患者；⑦无法耐受结直肠镜检查的患者（如脱水、水肿、电解质紊乱、心肾功能不全等）。

Exclusion criteria：

①Age less than 18 years or greater than 80 years. ②Known allergies to the components of the investigational medication or known contraindications to the trial. ③Pregnant or breastfeeding women. ④Patients with severe organic diseases such as heart, liver, lung, kidney, or mental disorders. ⑤Patients who have undergone intestinal surgery within the past three years or have had acute intestinal infections within the past two weeks. ⑥Patients who have used laxatives, including traditional Chinese medicine, over-the-counter drugs, or prescription medications, within the month prior to the study. ⑦Patients who are unable to tolerate colonoscopy examination (such as dehydration, edema, electrolyte imbalance, cardiac or renal dysfunction, etc.).
