研究目的：

心肌灌注显像是评价冠心病心肌缺血的最常用的功能性检查；由于冠状动脉自身调节作用，能使静息状态的冠状动脉血流保持正常；因此心肌显像需与运动或药物负荷试验相结合。三磷酸腺苷（ATP）被用于负荷心肌灌注显像，能使正常冠状动脉扩张，相应供血区血流量增加2-2.5倍，导致低血压和反射性心率降低。但是少数患者在药物负荷输注ATP未出现相应症状。故回顾性分析患者在输注ATP期间出现的心血管反应  

Objectives of Study：

Adenosine is an extracellular/intercellular metabolite of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). As a suggested vasodilator (decreasing blood pressure), ATP stress has been used for myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) with technetium-99m (Tc-99m) MIBI injection in combined with single photon emission tomography (SPECT). However, a few patients presented increasing blood pressure during ATP stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cardiovascular responses induced by ATP stress

纳入标准：

1)冠心病筛查，包括具有CVD危险因素者（高血压、高胆固醇、糖尿病、吸烟） 2）已确诊冠心病患者支架和 CABG 治疗后的疗效评价。 3)不适合运动负荷试验者（例如关节置换患者，老年患者）

Inclusion criteria

1) pre-operative cardiac evaluation for patients with cardiovascular risks, including hypertension, hyper cholesterol, diabetes, and smock. 2)Evaluation of outcomes after stenting and CABG in patients with established coronary artery disease. 3) disable to exercise on the treadmill.

排除标准：

1)哮喘， 2)重度房室传导阻滞(AV)或无心室起搏器的病态窦房结综合征 3)基线心率缓慢(小于50次/分钟) 4)低基线收缩压(小于90mmHg) ， 5)一周内不稳定型心绞痛 6)30 天内心肌梗死， 7)孕妇 8)记录的左心室舒张末期容积(EDV > 300ml)较大的扩张型心肌病

Exclusion criteria：

1) asthma 2) greater than first degree atrial-ventricular (AV) block or sick sinus syndrome without electronic ventricular pacemaker, 3) slow baseline heart rate (less than 50 beat per minute, bpm), 4) low baseline systolic blood pressure (less than 90mmHg), 5) unstable angina within one week, 6) acute myocardial infarction within 30 days, 7) women with pregnant, 8) documented dilated cardiomyopathy with an large end diastolic volume (EDV> 300ml) of left ventricular or low ejection fraction (<20%).

从 PCAS 系统上按日期回传 2019.01-2022.12 期间各项目单位进行99mTc-MIBI 负荷心肌灌注显像的患者影像资料，挑选扫描流程正常，影像学图像清晰的核医学心肌负荷灌注显像扫描患者的原始资料。因从 PACS 系统中导出的数据中包含大量信息字段，包括病人信息姓名、性别年龄等。为了更好的保护病人隐私，本项目在进行研究之前首先对导出的原始文件进行了脱敏处理

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data of 99mTc-MIBI stress myocardial perfusion imaging were sent back from PCAS system according to the date from 2019.01 to 2022.12, and the scanning process was normal, imaging images of clear nuclear medicine myocardial perfusion imaging scans of patients with the original data. There are a lot of information fields in the data derived from PACS system, including patient's name, sex and age. In order to better protect the patient's privacy, this project before conducting the research, first of all, the original documents were desensitized
