研究目的：

本研究旨在探索替代喷剂能否安全、有效地减少青少年自伤行为。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore whether alternative sprays can safely and effectively reduce self-injury behaviors in adolescents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在10-18岁之间，性别不限； 2.符合DSM-5（《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第5版）非自杀性自我伤害诊断标准； 3.小学及以上文化程度； 4.理解研究内容，愿意加入此研究，患者或患者家属签署书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 10 and 18 years, no gender limit; 2. DSM-5(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition) diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal self-injury; 3. Primary school education or above; 4. Understand the study content, be willing to participate in the study, and sign written informed consent by the patient or the patient's family.

排除标准：

1.患者符合DSM-5诊断标准的其他重性精神障碍，包括器质性精神障碍、精神分裂症、双相障碍、酒精依赖、毒品依赖/滥用等； 2.根据研究者的判断，患者有明显的自杀意念及风险; 3.有不良嗜好（包括抽烟、饮酒等）； 4.无法提供知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients met the DSM-5 criteria for other serious mental disorders, including organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol dependence, drug dependence/abuse, etc. 2. According to the researchers, there was a significant risk of suicidal ideation. 3. Have a bad habit (including smoking, drinking, etc.) 4. Failure to provide informed consent.
