研究目的:

主要目的是通过基于代谢组学的人体临床标本质谱检测分析急性肺损伤患者代谢物改变并筛选鉴定急性肺损伤诊断生物标志  

Objectives of Study:

The main purpose is to analyze metabolic changes in acute lung injury patients through metabolomics based mass spectrometry of human clinical specimens, and screen and identify diagnostic biomarkers for acute lung injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄为18岁-80岁,性别不限;(2) 有肺损伤因素:严重肺部感染,胃内容物吸入,肺挫伤,吸入有毒气体,淹溺、氧中毒、严重感染,严重的非胸部创伤,急性重症胰腺炎,大量输血,体外循环,弥漫性血管内凝血等;(3) 有自主意识,能独立判断;(4)患者或其家属知晓本研究,已签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Lung injury factors: severe lung infection, inhalation of stomach contents, Pulmonary contusion, inhalation of toxic gases, drowning, oxygen poisoning, severe infection, severe non Chest injury, acute severe pancreatitis, massive blood transfusion, extracorporeal circulation, disseminated intravascular coagulation, etc; (3) Having independent consciousness and the ability to make independent judgments; (4) The patient or their family members are aware of this study and have signed a consent form.

排除标准:

(1)无法良好理解、不能耐受或配合临床标本收集的患者;(2)伴随有精神疾病患者; (3)临床资料不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Patients who are unable to understand, tolerate, or cooperate with clinical specimen collection; (2) Accompanying patients with mental illness; (3) Patients with incomplete clinical data.
