研究目的：

1.研究复发性流产伴胰岛素抵抗患者子宫内膜容受性水平 2.研究复发性流产伴胰岛素抵抗患者脂代谢水平探究水平 3.探究脂代谢与子宫内膜容受性的关系 4.探究苍附导痰汤加减对复发性流产伴胰岛素抵抗患者子宫内膜容受性的作用机制。 5.评价苍附导痰汤加减对复发性流产伴胰岛素抵抗患者子宫内膜容受性的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study the level of endometrial receptivity in patients with recurrent miscarriage and insulin resistance 2. Exploring the level of lipid metabolism in patients with recurrent miscarriage and insulin resistance 3. Explore the relationship between lipid metabolism and endometrial receptivity 4. Explore the mechanism of modified Cangfu Daotan Tang on endometrial receptivity in patients with recurrent miscarriage and insulin resistance. 5. Evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Cangfu Daotan Tang on endometrial receptivity in patients with recurrent miscarriage and insulin resistance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 复发性流产 2: 胰岛素抵抗 3: 年龄在20-40周岁 4: 既往无严重基础病者 5: 同意进行相关调查及实验检查者 6: 同意在实验期间进行性生活时采用非药物性避孕

Inclusion criteria

1: recurrent spontaneous abortion 2: Insulin resistance 3: 20-40 years old 4: Individuals without previous severe underlying diseases 5: Agree to conduct relevant investigations and experimental examinations 6: Agree to use non pharmacological contraception during sexual activity during the experimental period

排除标准：

1: 存在染色体异常、子宫发育异常、感染、宫颈机能不全、免疫因素等引起复发性流产者 2: 肝肾功能异常、对本药物过敏者或不能耐受者 3: 近3个月使用过激素类药物者 4: 符合纳入标准，但未按规定服药 5: 配偶生殖功能异常者 6: 意识障碍或精神疾病患者 7: 拒绝行实验相关检查者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Recurrent abortion caused by chromosome abnormality, uterine dysplasia, infection, cervical incompetence, immune factors, etc 2: Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function, allergic or intolerant to this drug 3: Those who have used hormone drugs in the past 3 months 4: Failure to take medication according to regulations 5: Spouse with abnormal reproductive function 6: Patients with consciousness disorders or mental illnesses 7: Refusal to conduct laboratory related examinations
