通过吞咽障碍评估，实施因时摄食及吞咽训练方案，观察实施该方案14d患者的吞咽功能恢复率  

Objectives of Study：

Through the evaluation of swallowing disorder, the time-dependent feeding and swallowing training program was implemented, and the recovery rate of swallowing function was observed in the patients who implemented the program for 14 days

纳入标准：

1.患者必须符合以下所有入选标准才有资格入选研究： 2.实施机械通气且成功拔除经口气管插管后，经GUSS评分＜15分，存在中重度吞咽障碍的患者； 3.神志清楚，能理解、配合执行简单指令； 4.18岁≤年龄≤80岁，性别不限； 5.经医生评估可以进行肠内营养的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.To be eligible for the study, patients must meet all of the following inclusion criteria: 2.Patients with moderate to severe dysphagia with GUSS score < 15 after mechanical ventilation and successful removal of the oral tube intubation; 3. Clear mind, able to understand and cooperate with simple instructions; 4.18 years old ≤ age ≤80 years old, gender is not limited; 5. Patients who have been assessed by a physician to be fit for enteral nutrition;

排除标准：

1. 符合以下任意标准的患者将不被纳入研究： 2. 禁食水患者； 3. 存在神经、口咽功能异常者，如神经肌肉拔管后血流动力学不稳定； 4. 入ICU前有神经系统疾病、脑血管意外、颈咽部术后、声带功能异常等； 5. 既往精神障碍病史及理解功能障碍； 6. 入院前吞咽障碍的患者； 7. GUSS≥15分的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who meet any of the following criteria will not be included in the study: 2. Fasting water patients; 3. Presence of abnormal neurologic and oropharyngeal function, such as hemodynamic instability after neuromuscular extubation; 4. Neurological disease, cerebrovascular accident, post cervico-pharyngeal surgery, abnormal vocal cord function before ICU admission; 5. History of previous mental disorders and comprehension dysfunction; 6. Patients with dysphagia prior to admission; 7. Patients with a GUSS score of ≥15;
