研究目的：

（1）开发T2DM患者药物自我管理行为的测量工具。 （2）运用以上测量工具，识别T2DM患者药物自我管理行为的关键要素和重点环节，为干预设计立下基础。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To develop a measurement tool for drug self-management behavior in T2DM patients. (2) We will use measurement tools to identify key elements and key links of drug self-management behavior in T2DM patients to lay a foundation for intervention design.

纳入标准：

专家：安徽省三级甲等医疗机构从事糖尿病诊疗临床医师、护师、临床药师以及卫生事业管理领域相关专家，具有相关工作经验 10 年以上；高级职称，其专业知识储备丰富、代表性较好；专家自愿并积极参与本研究。 访谈患者：安徽中医药大学第一附属医院内分泌科就诊的T2DM患者，自愿参与本研究。 问卷调查患者：以安徽地区地理特征为基础，遴选3所医疗机构能够在一定程度上代表我省医疗卫生机构T2DM患者药物自我管理能力总体情况。接受问卷调查的研究对象要求无视听障碍且能够自愿、自主完成问卷填答任务，排除认知功能障碍者、有精神病史者、不能正常沟通者。

Inclusion criteria

Experts: clinicians, nurses and clinical pharmacists engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in tertiary-grade A class medical institutions in Anhui Province, and experts in the field of health management, with more than 10 years of relevant work experience; Senior professional title with rich professional knowledge reserves and good representativeness; Experts voluntarily and actively participate in this study. The interviewed patients will be T2DM patients from the Endocrinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and will voluntarily participate in this study. Questionnaire survey patients: Based on the geographical characteristics of Anhui region, selecting three medical institutions can to some extent represent the overall drug self-management ability of T2DM patients in medical and health institutions in our province. Patients receiving the questionnairehave have no visual or auditory impairments and be able to voluntarily and independently complete questionnaire filling tasks, excluding those with cognitive impairment, a history of mental illness, and those who cannot communicate normally.
