研究目的：

基于术前晶状体位置，通过测量白内障术后人工晶状体位置探究高度近视患者相较于正视患者是否具有更显著的人工晶状体倾斜及偏心。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the preoperative lens position, this paper explores whether the patients with high myopia have more significant intraocular lens tilt and eccentricity than those with emmetropia by measuring the intraocular lens position after cataract surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；角膜内皮细胞计数≥1000个/mm2；在我院接受“白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶状体植入术”≥3个月且自愿接受随访观察的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥18 years old; Corneal endothelial cell count ≥1000 cells/mm2; Patients who have received phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital for more than 3 months and voluntarily accepted follow-up observation.

排除标准：

既往眼部外伤史；既往内眼手术史；具有除白内障外其他需进一步手术干预的内眼疾病（如晶状体不全脱位、青光眼、视网膜脱离等）；CASIA2图像质量差或不能获取有效倾斜偏心值。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of eye injuries; Previous history of internal eye surgery; Have other intraocular diseases (such as lens subluxation, glaucoma, retinal detachment, etc.) that require further surgical intervention except cataract; The image quality of CASIA2 is poor or the effective tilt eccentricity value cannot be obtained.
