研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究两种不同型号的水刀对比在深二度烧伤创面清除手术治疗中的细菌清除率并取组织学标本测量烧伤创面清除率和正常皮肤损伤率以及患者预后瘢痕生长情况以证明更为精细的压力分级可以更好的保留更多正常组织以产生更好的预后情况。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective study was conducted to compare the bacterial clearance rate of two different types of hydroknives in deep second-degree burn wound clearance surgery, and histological specimens were taken to measure the burn wound clearance rate and normal skin injury rate as well as the patient's prognosis scar growth to prove that more fine pressure grading can better retain more normal tissue and produce better prognosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 16 ～80 岁，性别不限; ② 烧伤原因为热液或火焰致伤， ③创面深度主要为深Ⅱ度， ④创面总面积成人大于30% 体表总面积(TBSA) 。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 16-80 years old, gender is not limited; ② The cause of burn is hydrothermal or flame injury, ③ The depth of the wound is mainly deep Ⅱ degree. ④ The total wound area in adults is greater than 30% of the total body surface area (TBSA).

排除标准：

①年龄小于16或大于80岁 ②致伤原因非火焰或热液烫伤 ③创面深度非深Ⅱ度 ④创面面积小于30%

Exclusion criteria：

① Under 16 years old or over 80 years old ② The cause of injury is not flame or hydrothermal scald ③ The wound depth is not deep Ⅱ degree ④ The wound area is less than 30%
