研究目的：

疫情当下，许多感染者的嗅觉出现减退甚至丧失，急性感染期后（抗原转阴后）仍然没有恢复，往日佳肴今日食之无味，影响了日常生活。 嗅觉训练是一种可居家进行、无副作用的治疗方法。本项目研发和制作了针对中国人群的嗅觉训练工具，并搭建了线上的嗅觉训练平台，对感染新冠后出现嗅觉减退等问题的人群进行远程干预。具体目标有二： 一、为嗅觉障碍人群提供一种简单操作、可居家进行的训练方式，同时简化研究人员监督训练进度和后期追踪访谈的流程； 二、采用更加丰富的气味种类，定时为参与者提供被动暴露气味与主动识别气味两种训练模式，扩充嗅觉训练的方式，加深知觉学习的深度。  

Objectives of Study：

During the current epidemic, individuals infected with Omicron commonly experience a diminished or total loss of their sense of smell. Olfactory training is presented as a simple therapy with no side effects. A training kit, devised for the Chinese populace and coupled with an internet-based platform for remote intervention, has been created for those encountering olfactory difficulties. The aim of this study is to offer a easily accessible training substitute for individuals suffering from olfactory dysfunction, while enabling researchers to track progress during training and follow-up interviews. Additionally, the research aims to expand the range of odours that participants are exposed to, with both passive odour exposure and active odour identification to diversify olfactory training methods and improve perceptual learning.

纳入标准：

16-65岁，感染新冠后出现嗅觉功能下降，且一个月后仍未恢复完全。

Inclusion criteria

Individuals aged between 16 and 65 who have experienced a decrease in their ability to smell following Omicron infection and have not fully recovered after one month.

排除标准：

精神状态差、躯体状况差、先天失嗅

Exclusion criteria：

Poor mental status, poor physical condition, congenital loss of smell
