研究目的：

本项目研究目标为验证将超声引导下经鼻烟壶区桡动脉穿刺行有创血压监测的临床应用的可行性，能为需要有创血压监测的手术病人提供新的桡动脉穿刺区域。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to verify the feasibility of the clinical application of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture through the snuffbox area for invasive blood pressure monitoring, and to provide a new radial artery puncture area for surgical patients requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入选ASA 分级I 到III级择期行手术并需要行动脉穿刺有创血压监测的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients enrolled in ASA Grade I to III for elective surgery requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring by arterial puncture

排除标准：

存在严重凝血功能障碍，侧支循环不良（Allen’s实验阳性），局部皮肤感染的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe coagulopathy, poor collateral circulation (positive in Allen's test), and local skin infections.
