研究目的：

探讨应用健康数字平台对缺血性脑卒中患者结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of digital health platform on the outcome of patients with ischemic stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者：符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》诊断标准，并经颅脑CT或MRI确诊为缺血性脑卒中者；年龄≥18岁；获取知情同意。 （2）照顾者：承担缺血性脑卒中患者的主要照顾任务，若同时有多个主要照顾者，则由患者指定其中一名照顾者作为本研究的主要照顾者；无偿为患者提供日常照顾；自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients: those who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and were diagnosed as ischemic stroke by craniocerebral CT or MRI; age ≥18 years old; obtain informed consent. (2) Caregiver: If there are multiple primary caregivers at the same time, the patient will designate one of them as the primary caregiver of this study; provide daily care for patients free of charge; volunteer to participate in research and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患者：伴有其他脏器严重器质性损害者，如恶性肿瘤、心功能衰竭等；伴有严重的认知功能障碍或严重的精神疾病患者。 （2）照顾者：在可预见的将来会中止照顾行为者；认知功能异常、言语表达及交流障碍者；有重大疾病或精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients:with serious organic damage to other organs, such as malignant tumors, heart failure, etc.; or with severe cognitive impairment or severe mental illness. (2) Caregiver: a person who will cease caring in the foreseeable future; with cognitive dysfunction, speech and communication disorders; with serious illness or mental illness.
