本项目聚焦国际重大疑难疾病—原发性骨质疏松症（骨萎），以原发性骨质疏松为主导，开展海派中医乃至全国各中医流派对骨质疏松防治的溯源研究，将流派间独创理论与临床经验融合。在国家中医药骨质疏松防治的大框架下，突出海派中医流派诊治特色，通过流派深度调研、多流派理念融合、中西医结合、跨学科交叉研究等有效方式制定出一个“辨证论治、内外兼治、防治并重、全程干预、中西医结合”的原发性骨质疏松症的 “上海方案”。通过魏氏伤科、石氏伤科、丁氏推拿等特色流派导引互为融合，外用中药、手法、针灸、导引等方法相结合整合凝练导引锻炼方案。此外，开展导引锻炼新方案的典型病例前瞻性干预性临床研究，完善骨质疏松的“防”“治”体系，打造出“质量、规范、高效”的原发性OP防治方案，用于长三角及全国范围内的推广。在此过程形成一个以骨质疏松症诊疗及研究创新为导向，致力于将原发性骨质疏松防治手段标准化的专病联盟，培养一批传承流派特色、善于运用现代科学解释中医和推广、发扬中医的复合型人才。  

Objectives of Study：

This project focuses on the international major difficult disease - primary osteoporosis (osteoporosis), with primary osteoporosis as the main focus. It conducts traceability research on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis among various schools of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai and even across the country, integrating innovative theories and clinical experience between schools. Under the framework of national traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, highlighting the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of Shanghai style traditional Chinese medicine schools, an effective "Shanghai Plan" for primary osteoporosis has been developed through in-depth research of schools, fusion of multi school concepts, integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, interdisciplinary research, and other effective methods such as syndrome differentiation and treatment, internal and external treatment, combined prevention and treatment, full process intervention, and integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Through the integration of Wei's Traumatology, Shi's Traumatology, Ding's Massage and other characteristic schools of guidance, external Chinese medicine, manipulation, acupuncture and moxibustion, guidance and other methods are combined to integrate the guided training program. In addition, prospective intervention clinical studies on typical cases of new guidance exercise programs will be conducted to improve the "prevention" and "treatment" system for osteoporosis, and to create a "quality, standardized, and efficient" primary osteoporosis prevention and treatment plan for promotion in the Yangtze River Delta and nationwide. In this process, a specialized disease alliance guided by the diagnosis, treatment, and research innovation of osteoporosis is formed, committed to standardizing the prevention and treatment methods of primary osteoporosis, cultivating a group of composite talents who inherit the characteristics of the school, are good at using modern scientific explanations of traditional Chinese medicine, and promote and carry forward traditional Chinese medicine.

纳入标准：

1: 符合骨质疏松诊断标准 (T值≤ －2.5)或腰椎QCT检查（骨质≤80mg/cm3） 诊断标准：参照中华医学会骨质疏松与骨矿盐疾病分会《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南（2017）》。 2: 年龄为45～85周岁的女性，已绝经≥12个月；或年龄为50-80岁的男性。 3: 自愿学习导引锻炼，并签署知情同意书，知情同意过程符合GCP有关规定。

Inclusion criteria

1: Meets the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis (T value ≤ -2.5) or lumbar QCT examination (bone ≤ 80mg/cm3): Refer to the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Primary Osteoporosis (2017) of the Chinese Medical Association Osteoporosis and Mineral Disease Branch. 2: Women aged 45-85 who have experienced menopause for at least 12 months; Or males aged 50-80. 3: Volunteer learning guidance exercise and sign an informed consent form. The informed consent process complies with the relevant provisions of GCP.

排除标准：

1: 严重骨质疏松（骨质疏松合并脆性骨折）或过去两年有骨折病史； 2: 过去一年使用过会增加骨折风险的药物（例如类固醇、抗惊厥药、抗凝剂、锂剂等）； 3: 确诊甲状腺功能亢进，甲状腺功能低下，多发性骨髓瘤等可引起的继发性骨质疏松症及其他影响骨代谢的疾病； 4: 合并心脑血管疾病、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者，或影响其生存的严重疾病（如肿瘤等）及精神病； 5: 体重过低或者肥胖患者（BMI<18.5或BMI>17.5） 6: 妨碍知情同意或积极参与研究的身体或精神残疾； 7: 近1个月内参加其它临床试验的患者； 8: 研究者认为不合适参加的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Severe osteoporosis (combined with brittle fractures) or a history of fractures in the past two years 2: Used drugs that increase the risk of fractures in the past year (such as steroids, anticonvulsants, anticoagulants, lithium supplements, etc.) 3: Diagnose secondary osteoporosis and other diseases that can affect bone metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, multiple myeloma, etc 4: Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, hematopoietic system disorders, or serious diseases that affect their survival (such as tumors) and mental illness 5: Patients with low body weight or obesity (BMI<18.5 or BMI>17.5) 6: Physical or mental disabilities that hinder informed consent or active participation in research 7: Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past month 8: Patients deemed unsuitable by researchers to participate.

由统计专业人员采用区组随机化方法。选取合适的区组长度，根据给定随机种子数，借助 SAS 9.4 统计软件，按照1:1比例产生受试者所接受治疗组(试验组、对照组)的随机序列，列出分配药物编号，即随机编码表。研究者按受试者入组次序从小到大依次分配编号。

Using block randomization method by statistical professionals. Select an appropriate block length, and based on the given number of random seeds, use SAS 9.4 statistical software to generate a random sequence of the treatment group (experimental group, control group) received by the subjects in a 1:1 ratio, and list the assigned drug numbers, which is the random coding table. The researchers assigned numbers in ascending order according to the order of enrollment of the subjects.
